Return and Refund Policy
Every customer who purchases medicines in our portal will be advised to go through the return and refund policy at least once. This will make them have a picture of some of the policies which we have been obsessed with in our portal. This also prevents any form of confusion and harassment to the customer and us in the future.
Confirmation of your order
As soon as you complete the order that is on the payment page or process, we will send you a mail that will have the details of the order containing all the specifications of the medicines and their prices.
After this you are expected to undergo the procedure of processing the order and making the payment online. After making a successful order you will be confirmed of the final acknowledgement by us at the end with the lowest order amount and the expected time of delivery.
In the case that we are in some way failing to make your order or make a partial order due to lack of stock in our inventory then the same will be noted in the final acknowledgment bill to us.
Confirming your shipping dispatch
After the payment process is made and you have ordered the items you can check the status of the orders on our portal. This time we will send you another copy of the email confirmation once we are ready to ship your item.
This normally takes about 24 to 48 hours even after you have made the last order on our portal and after you have made the payment.
We shall send you shipment bill/invoice indicating invoice number, shipping information and the means through which you can track the shipment as it makes progress in transportation. Each of the procedures will be listed in a sequential manner.
In the event that you have difficulties in the understanding, you may call at our helpline number to verify and confirm the same.
Your package is usually shipped at your home door or the address of your office. In the meantime, after your order is sent, you should avoid changing the shipping address because this might translate to undelivered packages.
Knowing the customs
The Medicine Villa does not only give out their products in the territorial boundary in India but also in other countries. Thereby, when you have ordered like a foreign citizen then you had to reserve additional time at your disposal. Since your package on arrival at the airport or the port might undergo a customs examination and there might be an increase in delays.
We can not be held responsible in causing the delay that has occurred in the customs department since the delays occur beyond our control. It normally happens when your package is fully checked by the custom office it will be released to the local courier office where the local dispatching process commences.
When you are shipping out remember that this customs clearance may even take several days through to few weeks hence keep some time in your pocket.
Your time to receive package
We also deliver within few days as it is usually the case with local and within the territorial zones. However, it is possible to delay because of some unexpected conditions like customs postponement, or a natural disaster, or political riots, and upheaval or lockdown in the state.
It usually does not take us more than 15 to 20 working days to publish the placement of the last order into our portal.
However, it should be borne in mind that there is going to be a customs check that may lead to delay. The customer is also to the point of following their package and shipment and calling us whenever there is a need to refer to the package that may not be delivered at all say after about 15 to 20 days.
Reshipping lost orders
We are not usually confronted by such situations but we will never know what will happen tomorrow. We will take a general re-shipment of all the orders, or refund our customers in an event of loss of the package at our end within the transit period.
We absorb all the losses on behalf of the customer except the taxes and the custom duty. However when the customers have not received their packages up to 21 days at the most in all the cases, both local and international, the customer should call our customer care contact number.
Overall, we shall restock the product to the customer or send the delivery free of charge, this time around. These requests must however be done to our helpline and customer care executive within a maximum period of 8 weeks after final order placement.
We do not re-ship your package or refund your money, in case you approach us telling us after 8 weeks that you did not receive your package.
Return and refunding policy
When faced with any situation when the shipped order received by the customer has been identified to have a broken seal or tampered seal then the customer must report this within the period of 7 days of the shipment received.
In case of placing a refund order or a return order within 7 days, then we will make arrangement of reshipment of the damaged product and the pickup of the damaged product after verifying everything.
After 7 days of the order reception, no return and refund orders are accepted.
